AVE ORIGINALS is a brand operated by Ave Treasures, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By browsing, registering, or placing an order on our website (the "Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. PRODUCTS AND MADE-TO-ORDER PROCESS

All AVE ORIGINALS products are printed to order. Production begins only after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

  • Products cannot be modified once production begins
  • Minor variations in color, placement, or print alignment may occur
  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes

These variations are considered normal and are not defects.

We work with third-party fulfillment partners to produce and ship our products. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we are not responsible for delays, defects, or errors caused by these providers beyond our control.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of purchase and is processed securely through Stripe.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. If a payment cannot be processed, the order will not be fulfilled.

5. ORDERS AND FULFILLMENT

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Availability is not guaranteed until your order has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Payment issues
  • Suspected fraud
  • Product availability or production limitations

You will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation once your item has been fulfilled.

Orders may only be canceled within a limited window before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled and must follow our return policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

6. SHIPPING

Shipping times include both production and delivery. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns policy for full details.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier. Once marked as delivered, packages are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns are limited to defective or incorrect items only.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in our Shipping & Returns policy, including:

  • No returns for incorrect size or color selections
  • No returns for minor color variations
  • No returns for buyer's remorse

We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds if an item is returned in a condition different from how it was originally shipped.

8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details before placing an order, including size charts and color selections.

Orders are produced exactly as selected at checkout. AVE ORIGINALS is not responsible for incorrect selections made by the customer.

By placing an order, you confirm that all selections (including size, color, and design) are correct.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including designs, graphics, logos, and product images, is the property of AVE ORIGINALS and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, carrier delays, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, or acts of government.
