SHIPPING & RETURNS

All AVEORIGINALS products are custom printed to order. Every item is made specifically for you, which means production begins only after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Please review the details below so you know what to expect.

1. PRODUCTION TIME

Because every product is made to order, there is a production period before your item ships:

  • Standard production: 3-7 business days
  • During peak seasons (holidays, special promotions): production may take up to 10 business days
  • Production time does not include shipping transit time

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second notification with tracking information once your item has shipped.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

FREE SHIPPING ON U.S. ORDERS — we cover the cost on every U.S. delivery. International orders ship at lower-than-carrier rates. No minimum, no promo code.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days after production — FREE
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days after production — available at checkout (extra cost shown if applicable)

International

  • Standard International: 8-20 business days after production — discounted carrier rate calculated at checkout (no minimum)
  • Delivery times vary by destination country and local postal service
  • Customs & duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by AVEORIGINALS.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart, your shipping address, and available carrier options. Orders with multiple items may ship from different fulfillment centers and arrive in separate packages.

3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving the tracking email for the carrier to update tracking information. If your tracking has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us.

4. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

  • If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check the tracking information first.
  • For US orders showing no movement for 7+ business days after shipping, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
  • For international orders showing no movement for 14+ business days after shipping, contact us for assistance.
  • If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because all products are custom printed to order, our return policy is limited to quality issues:

Eligible for Return/Replacement

  • Defective products: Items with printing errors, smudging, fading, or other manufacturing defects
  • Damaged in transit: Items that arrive torn, crushed, or otherwise damaged during shipping
  • Wrong item: If you receive a different product than what you ordered

Not Eligible for Return

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size selection (please refer to size charts before ordering)
  • Minor color variations between screen display and printed product (this is inherent to print-on-demand)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

6. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@aveoriginals.com
  2. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue
  3. Attach photos clearly showing the defect, damage, or wrong item received
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
  5. If approved, we will offer a free replacement or full refund at our discretion

You do not need to return the defective item unless specifically requested by our team.

7. REFUNDS

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout (via Stripe).
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective product, wrong item shipped).

8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations can only be accommodated if the request is made within 2 hours of placing the order and production has not yet started. To request a cancellation, email support@aveoriginals.com immediately with your order number. If production has already begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

9. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Because every AVEORIGINALS item is custom printed on demand, please be aware:

  • Color variation: Computer monitors and mobile screens calibrate colors differently. The actual print may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. Subtle differences in shade or tone are normal and not considered defects.
  • Print placement: Print location may shift up to half an inch in any direction due to manual placement during production.
  • Garment color & fit: Garment manufacturers occasionally update fabric tones or fit. We make every effort to keep mockups accurate but cannot guarantee 100% identical garment colors batch to batch.
  • Sizing: Always check the size chart on each product page before ordering. Made-to-order items cannot be exchanged for size or color.
